Social Media Manager

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time/Volunteer

What You’ll Do

• Implement and manage community programs across all fan touch points
• Design online activities and incentives to keep communities engaged with Fandem and our clients
• Present and consult with marketing team to help drive current and new initiatives forward
• Celebrate and surface the important feedback and incredible stories that come from our community
• Shape the future of how we build trust and growth in new community segments, when working with our diverse community
• Manage on-brand community events and activations throughout the year
• Make recommendations for improvements while promoting the optimization of processes and tools for best program output
• Set and track program performance goals through data measurement tools and dashboards
Report on the result of each event, identify trends, and create case studies

Who You Are

• Demonstrated excellence in project management, organizational planning and operational excellence
• Experience building and managing digital online communities from conception to launch
• Experience in digital communications/community building in crypto/fintech, art, fashion, sports, e-sports and/or collectibles industries
• Client or customer relationship experience
• Understands the best digital community moderation practices
• Knowledge of online communities from platforms including Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Telegram, and Twitch
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series)
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
